It's Remembrance Sunday this weekend, and to mark the occasion this week The Daily Constitutional will present a London war memorial every day. Some of them will be well-known sights to all Londoners, others more obscure.

La Délivrance
A celebration of victory for France and her allies over Germany in the First Battle of the Marne (1914). Bought for the nation by Viscount Rothermere (proprietor of The Daily Mail) and unveiled by former Prime Minister David Lloyd George in 1928, the statue - by Émil Oscar Guillaume – can be found at Henly's Corner in Finchley
