Sports Discipline-wise vacancy:
# Football: 20
# Rowing: 18
# Archery: 15
# Cross Country: 10
# Athletics: 10
# Polo: 10
Educational Qualification: Matriculation from a recognized Board.
Sports Qualification: Players who have participated in any International Competition/ National Competitions/ Inter-University Tournaments/ National, Sports/ Games for Schools National award winner in National Physical Efficiency Drive.
Pay Scale: Pay scale and other allowance will be as admissible to Assam Rifles personnel as per 7th CPC.
Other Eligibility of Assam Rifles Recruitment
Age Limit: Candidates shall not be more than 65 years as of the last date of application.
Nationality: An Indian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Assam is eligible for this recruitment.
Age Relaxation: Category wise age relaxation will be as below followed.
