Eligibility Criteria of Assam GNM Admission
Gender: Only female candidates can apply for these courses.
Citizenship: Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for GNMEE 2022.
Residence: Candidates must be permanent residents of Assam and have to submit a certificate in this regard.
Exception of PRC Certificate: The provision of a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) will not apply to the wife/daughter of a Government servant. of Assam.
Age Limit: Candidates' age should be between 17 years to 24 years as of 1st January 2022.
Age Relaxation: In the case of SC/ ST candidates, upper age relaxation will be as per Govt. Criteria.
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for selection of candidates in HSSLC (10+2) (Science) or its equivalent passed from a recognized Board/Council/University with English as one of the subjects with at least 45% in aggregate securing marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for General (Unreserved) category and 40% marks in aggregate for candidates belonging to SC/ ST (P)/ ST (H) category.
