1. Name of Post: Technical Officer (Co-terminous)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Salary: Rs: 57,700/- Per Month
Educational Qualification: Post Graduation in Agro-meteorology/ Meteorology/ Agronomy/ Agricultural Physics with knowledge e in Commuter Applications.
Desirable: Experience in Agro-met Advisory Services, Crop Weather Modeling, Data Analysis, and related areas.
2. Name of Post: Junior Administrative Assistant (Co-terminous)
No. of posts: 1 (PWD)
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- to 49, 000/- + GP: 8,700/-
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational Educational Qualification of the candidate shall be a Bachelor Degree in Science/Arts/Commerce from a Govt. recognized University.
Desirable: Diploma/ Certificate in Computer Application.
3. Name of Post: Laboratory Assistant Gr.-III (Co-terminous)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Salary: Rs. 14,000 -to 49, 000 -+GP: 8,700 –
Educational Qualification: The minimum educational Educational Qualification of the candidate shall be a Bachelor Degree in Science of a Govt. recognized University.

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational Educational Qualification of the candidate shall be a Graduate in any discipline of a Govt. Recognized University.

5. Name of Post: Tractor Driver (Co-terminous)
No. of posts: 1 (UR)
Salary: Rs. 14,000/- to 49,000/- + GP- 5,200/-
Educational Qualification:
- HSLC or its equivalent Examination pass.
- Valid Tractor driving License.
- NE Region Farm Machinery Training and Testing Institute (FMTTI)certificate of training
- Five years of working experience in R & D organizations.
Desirable: Handling & operation of the tractor-drawn cultivator, seed drill, rotavator, multi-crop thresher, subsoiler, disc plough, and transplanter.
Other Criteria of Assam Agricultural University Recruitment
Residentship: Candidates must submit a copy of the Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) issued by the Govt. of Assam along with the application form.
Age Limit: The minimum age of the candidates shall be 18 years and the maximum age limit shall be 40 years as of 01-01-2022.
