- Will you be cooking the Thanksgiving dinner or will you be going somewhere else for Thanksgiving dinner?
I am very thankful that I don’t have to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. It has been several years since I have cooked. We go to my mother in law’s house and everyone brings a dish. My daughter made chocolate chip cookies for us to take over there.
- What will be on your Thanksgiving menu this year?
We had smoked turkey, ham, broccoli rice casserole, mash potatoes, deviled eggs, rolls, mac n cheese, green beans, and lots of great side dishes and desserts. 
- What is your favorite part of the Thanksgiving meal?
I love digging into all of the great food. I always look forward to eating the broccoli rice casserole. I loved this recipe growing up and I lost the recipe in a move. I never got to replace my recipe before my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimers. I am so glad that my mother in law makes it just like my mom made it. 
- What are your top 5 things to be thankful for this year?
My wonderful husband and kids, the 3 dogs, having a roof over my head, all of the friends that I have met through blogging, and my readers.
- Will you be heading out the day after Thanksgiving for Black Friday shopping?
I am not planning on doing very much shopping this year. I might hit up CVS and Walgreens tomorrow for the freebie stuff. I love couponing. 
- Who will be a part of your Thanksgiving festivities this year?
We ended up having 34 people at my mother in laws house for Thanksgiving. We have a huge extended family.
- When will your family start your Christmas decorating?
We usually decorate after Thanksgiving. I am not sure when we are going to do it this year.
- What is your favorite thing to eat/make out of Thanksgiving leftovers?
The good thing about having a potluck and huge family there isn’t a ton of leftovers. I did bring home about a dozen cookies but they won’t last very long.
- Does your family have any special Thanksgiving traditions that you incorporate into your Thanksgiving festivities?
I love that we say grace as a family and reflect on all of the blessings that we have before we eat.
- What dish is a Thanksgiving must have on your table?
My mother in law always does a great job and makes sure that the kids have macaroni and cheese to eat.
