My girlfriend and I use to frequent Brioso a lot when we lived in South Asheville, because it was close and we have the WNC Insider Card, which gives us 10 BOGO deals to use at Brioso.
But while the price always had us coming back, overall every time we left Brioso we left with a headache either over service, waiting time for a table, waiting time on food, or for some reason waiting time on the check.
Monday evening I gave Brioso another chance and I have good news to report.
We were seated immediately, the food was served in a timely fashion, the service was great, and while the check could of came sooner, it was nothing to fuss about. Things must of changed since my last visit in May considering they have a new menu layout.
The great experience left me so happy, because I absolutely love Brioso’s Lasagna (layers of mozzarella, pork and beef in a creamy Bechamel sauce).

The lasagna is such a great comfort food that leaves you feeling warm and full.
I hope Brioso keeps it up!
