1. Assistant Software Developer
No of posts: 1
Pay: 20,000-25,000
Educational Qualification:
# Must have BE/B-Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Branches/MCA/MSc.(IT)
# Must have experience in delivering similar nature of works in State Government/PSU.
Experience and Skill-set:
# Good experience in Java, JSP, Maria DB, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Security, Bootstrap, Thymeleaf, Kafka, Maven, Apache Superset, Jaspersoft, Docker, Single Sign on, SCM & CI/CD, GitLab, Jenkins, DevOps, CI/CD, Microservice architecture, Containers Orchestration etc
# Willingness and ability to work effectively under pressure and ability to multi-task;
# Willingness and ability to work in a team;
# Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills in English
# Basic Understanding of Government structures, procedures, rules and regulations (Preferable).
# Experience in working in any Public Finance Management or associated with eGovernance project. (Preferable).
2. Finance & Procurement Expert
No of posts: 1
Pay: 95,000-1,60,000
Age Limit: Not more than fifty-five (55) years as on 1st January 2023.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance or Accounts from a recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
3. Legal & Policy Expert
No of posts: 1
Pay: 95,000-1,60,000
Age Limit: Not more than fifty-five (55) years as on 1st January 2023.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognised university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding studies in distance education mode)
4. Project Manager
No of posts: 1
Pay: 55,000-90,000
Age Limit: Not more than fifty-five (55) years as on 1st January 2023.
Educational Qualification:
# Minimum BE / B. Tech / MCA from recognized University / Institution.
# Minimum 7 years of experience in any software or portal related to any project implementation.
# Experience of working in an externally aided (World Bank / ADB / JICA / NDB / similar) project will be preferred.
# Knowledge related to Government Procurement System developed by NIC (GePNIC).
# Basic understanding of Government structures, procedures, rules and regulations.
# Experience in any IT related Government Projects.
Desirable Skill-set:
# Must be excellent in using computer applications, with advanced knowledge of Office Management, proficiency in MS Office Applications (like Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project etc.), Operating System, Java configuration, basic idea of installing different types of software.
# Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills in English, Assamese, Hindi and written communication skills in English, Training skills.
# Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey necessary information, explain reasoning, and support conclusions using data and facts.
5. Software Developer
No of posts: 5
Pay: 35,000-51,500
Educational Qualification:
# Must have BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Technology or related Branches/MCA/MSc(IT)
# At least 4+ years of experience in software development and good knowledge of Java, Database, Javascripts
# Must have experience in delivering similar nature of works in State Government/PSU.
6. Sr IT Project Manager
No of posts: 1
Pay: 1,50,000-2,15,000
Educational Qualification:
# B.E/B-Tech./MCA or equivalent and PGDBM/MBA or equivalent
# Certifications (preferred but not Mandatory) - PMP /PgMP /CAMP /CompTIA Project+ or other industry equivalent
