Comickergirl’s “Cheeping” is a cute little comic about Kara’s love for all things adorable, and Alex’s propensity to follow in her sister’s footsteps. It features Kara (Zor-El) Danvers, Alex Danvers, and J’onn J’onzz.
What I love about this comic is that at first Kara denies having the birds at first, hiding them beneath her cape. But their cheeping and the one that has its head poking out give it away, alerting J’onn that she, indeed, is hiding baby chicks. J’onn tries to get Alex to tell Kara that the DEO is not a zoo when another baby duckling pops out of her utility belt. “Way to blow our cover, Daryl,” she grumbles as J’onn face-palms.
This adorable comic is sure to make your day just a little better after reading it.
