A suspect who had released nude photos of a young woman on the Internet was arrested yesterday (04) by the Cyber Crime Investigation Unit of the Kandy Police. The twenty-eight-year-old suspect is a resident of the Kandapola area.
After a woman lodged a complaint, the Police investigated and arrested the suspect.
The investigations conducted so far have revealed that the suspect establishes relationships with women, take their nude photos and releases them on the internet.
