An Army Officer who was the index case of COVID-19 in Ondo state, has recovered after testing negative twice for the virus after treatment.
The state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, announced this on Twitter on Monday afternoon, April 20, stating that the officer has been released to go home.
There are currently three confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ondo state.
