ARK: Survival Ascended Patch Notes
- Gigantoraptor can no longer be found on the mod list because it is now a part of the core game.
- Prevented various constructions, including elevators, from being installed on train cars, which caused problems. Poker Table
- The ability to exceed the maximum number of train platform vehicles has been fixed.
- There are now five countable train platform cars for the Personal Tame Limit.
- Fixed connected platform automobiles becoming invisible upon engine failure.
- Fixed incorrect teleport location while utilizing the train’s “Go to Engine” option.
- Fixed When trains are placed over the tame limit, they reproduce in the wild.
- Fixed Creatures cannot base themselves on motorboats, rafts, or platform saddles.
- Repaired the tent’s incorrect repair and matched the model of the vault.
- A Swivel Stool can be fixed to become a standard chair.
- Fixed Treasure Chest that is buried and keeps cryopods from being deployed
- A new animation has been added to saloon doors when they are opened and closed with the auto-door feature.
- The Frontier Structure Skin set now includes a new Auto-door option that lets normal doors be skinned to enable auto-door functionality.
- Fixed the player character corpse occasionally becoming invisible in single player. Repaired the inability to remove Bolas from allies or tamed dinosaurs when on a server
- Sometimes, fixed vacuum cubes exhibit a twofold reflection.
- Fixed the physics of buildings like gravestones, lampposts, and pedestals after they were demolished
- Repaired the issue when joining the map in the middle of a weather event resulted in incorrect weather visuals.
- Diminished the emissive lights of Fabricator.
- Fixed the inability to use a ladder to access trap doors
- Fixed infant corpses occasionally being unfit for harvest
- Resolved a problem wherein tamed creatures would be erased upon restarting if they were uploaded and subsequently downloaded to the same server or SP.
- Fixed the player character’s feet clipping into the ground when crouching; fixed multiple player character model clipping issues; adjusted the leech attachment on dinosaurs to prevent them from appearing floating too far away or within the creature.
- Many clipping issues with the Outlaw Armor skin have been fixed.
- Several clipping issues with the Manticore Armor skin have been resolved.
- Above the chest of the female player character, a fixed dark texture appears.
- The Fixed Character Creation screen is hazy when using certain graphics settings.
- Fixed the issue when a player’s drawing on a canvas was hidden.
- White coloring was changed to make structures look more pigmented and noticeable.
- Resolving a problem with carts when they fall a long way.
- Added a fix for the automated consumables to troughs feature that wasn’t functioning after the server restart.
- On the additional Multiuse wheel (R for PC), there is now a cart option to toggle the transfer of consumables to troughs.
- Repaired the inability to reach bags of demolished buildings that were stacked on a cart.
- Fixed players and unconscious dinosaurs not updating their position accurately when riding a saddle or raft on a platform.
- Updated the blood impact visual effects of a few creatures, including Achatina, Deathworm, and Rock Elemental, to better reflect their blood color.
- Afro hairstyle that was fading out too close to the ground was fixed, and ammunition blueprints were added to the supply crate loot tables.
- Fixed Supply Crates for Scorched Earth that drop dinosaur saddles that don’t spawn there.
- Players on the island are experiencing Fixed Heatstroke, which is represented by dropping Black Pearls that resemble the Silica Pearl model.
- Players in Scorched Earth are not receiving the correct application of Fixed Heatstroke.
- Made a change to Broodmother Arena to address a location where the bossfight was being cheesed.
- Resolved a problem that permitted the placement of a weapon on a dinosaur that forbids weaponry.
- Fixed a bug that would have resulted in the player losing consciousness if they crashed while riding a flyer and had to be remounted.
- A potential workaround for player characters that appear oriented toward the scene they are staring at while mounted
- Now, a Triangle foundation has the same HP as a Fixed Quarter Foundation, which was previously the same as a full-sized one.
- Diminished HP Thatch Window Wall
- Fixed nests of wild wyverns with several eggs piled up in one location
- Repaired the removal of wild wyvern nests upon restart, leaving a floating egg in their stead.
- Resized textures of Wyvern eggs
- The Metal Gateframe model has fixed floating rivets.
- Fixed the Metal Quarter wall’s messed-up texturing.
- Fixed Vessel altering its handle count when converting from an empty to a full model
- Repaired poor frame rates brought on by the active Mirror structure
- Different map coordinates are displayed on the Player Map, Mini-map, and Tek Gauntlets.
- Repaired Scarf not shown in Rustler Hat paint preview window.
- Fixed eggs flying away when thrown on the ground.
- Fixed pearls and dinosaur/player excrement slicing through the ground; adjusted several multi-use symbols.
- Fixed Mantis strikes with non-traditional weapons (scissors, paintbrush, and spyglass) cause more damage than intended.
- Gigantoraptor was integrated into the core game.
- Imprint of gigantoraptor bonding not correctly adding to pre-existing imprint percentage.
- Mended Phoenix occasionally returns to its starting point after the Super Heat event ends.
- Fixed Phoenix’s failure to drop black pearls.
- Fixed Morellatops water value being clamped to 750 if it has a higher capacity because of imprinting.
- Fixed Morellatops water value pausing to drink while it has a valid Follow target.
- Fixed a problem with the VFX particles that Morellatops water drank.
- Fixed Tents that detest Morellatops.
- Repaired Fasolasuchus’s inadequate resource provision upon harvest.
- Resolved Fasolasuchus’s inability to bury when under the influence of a Yuty’s courage boost.
- Repaired the overly bright Mantis claw swipe trail visual effects inside caverns.
- Fixed the issue that if you don’t have Bob’s Tall Tales, you can’t equip a shovel.
- The ability to tame an Oasisaur without having Bob’s Tall Tales fixed.
- Fixed the issue where you could access an Oasisaur’s resource inventory even when it wasn’t yours.
- Titanosaur cannot be carried by an Oasisaur anymore.
- Repaired Thyla’s momentum-losing leap.
- Fixed Thyla occasionally keeps sliding forward while climbing.
- Prevented Fire Wyvern’s breath assault on horseback riders.
- The issue of custom cosmetic structure skins not fitting into the hotbar has been resolved.
- Resolved a bug where the spear flickered when thrown in first person perspective because it wasn’t hidden properly.
- Deleted the incorrect breeding option from the multi-use wheel of Rock Elemental.
- Since the Rock Elemental doesn’t require oxygen, its points are rolled into it.
- Resolved various texture problems in the model of Rock Elemental.
- The incorrect “Hide in tree” option was eliminated from Thyla’s multi-use wheel.
- When changing modes, the color of the fixed Stego plates does not appear.
- Several Thorny Dragon model bugs have been fixed.
- Jerboa’s erroneous baby bone scaling has been fixed.
- Playing fixed full body emotes while astride dinosaurs.
- XP earned when producing Bob’s Tall Tales cosmetic skins has been removed.
- On Scorched Earth, raise the number of Deathworm spawns by 25%.
- A Treasure Map and 75 black pearls are guaranteed to drop from Alpha Deathworms.
- Static, unreachable Supply Crates on Burning Earth
- On scorched earth, fixed cave supply containers appear inside the mesh
- On scorched earth, fixed queen bees are spawning inside the mesh.
- Fixed ambient insect On scorched Earth, fireflies can become too light
- Decreased the frequency of meteorological occurrences on Burned Earth
- Resolved a console bug that resulted in colored mist emerging in Scorched Earth caverns.
- Resolved a console bug that resulted in the afterimage effect and ghosting when moving.
- Modified the way some trees collided on Scorched Earth
- Wild creature spawning have been added to Scorched Earth’s Trench Cave.
- Several mesh holes on Scorched Earth were fixed.
- Modified a number of rat holes on Scorched Earth
- Resolved multiple instances of floating vegetation on the island
- Several mesh holes on The Island were fixed.
- Several console commands that were used to achieve visual benefits have been Disabled (we will keep an eye on this and disable more as needed).
- Repaired some languages’ main music not starting when the game is launched.
- Several localization issues have been resolved.
- Corrected a number of exploits
- Resolved multiple server outages
