Today’s post is a little different from my regular posts coz I am going to talk about a tv show that I am hooked to these days (mind you im not much of a tv or movies person)
So what drew me to this show?? Was it different from the rest of the shows?? Were the cast members so good looking that I got hooked?? Or was it the way the whole drama and characters were woven together??? Well all of these J
Let me introduce you all to this lovely family drama called Packed to the Rafters :) airs on Star World, Monday till Friday at 9pm!! The first season started here in India in the first week of Dec 2012, though it has been running in Australia since August 2008… And mind you the show has consistently been among the top 5 shows of the year throughout its run in Australia.
Here is a short summary of the show in its first season (in India) The story Centers around Dave and Julie Rafter and their three children Rachel, Ben and Nathan. On the eve of their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary the couple thinks that they are finally about to have the house to themselves. But home is a very welcome refuge for their children and when unforeseen problems loom, they return like a boomerang. (Courtesy Imdb)
I must say that the first 2 or 3 episodes were not very engaging but the story picked up in its 2nd week and since then I have been glued to it…to the extent that I cry when a character cries in the sitcom…that’s so unlike me..but then I just cant help..the storyline is awesome and the characters are great, the actors are so real in their acting <3
At the moment, Ben (who is my fav character) lost his newlywed wife (Mel) in an accident and trust me its so hard to see him like that..the episodes are heart wrenching L

Well the show is going to end in a few weeks but I hope the next season starts real soon again..So, Do you watch this show aswell??
