Recently, I’ve met up with two girls that have just arrived, both lovely, lovely ladies, and I’m so glad that destiny let us find each other, I feel like I’ve known one of them my whole life. She’s now one of my besties which is great since my other bestie is soon leaving
Not that I’m replacing her, I’m just taking advantage of the situation that I’ve been sent another angelWe have a huge number of expats that live in Kuwait. Most of the time, unless you have travelled massively and been living in a cosmopolitan area, it will be A complete culture shock. Veiled women, scarfed women and men in dresses (dishdasha) were a complete shock to me at first..infact, as were alot of things.

Allo Expat is an online forum for expats residing in Kuwait. You can find a classified section and meet new friends! Although, be warned, many sleazy people do troll these forums for other reasons

I have no idea what this newsletter is, never heard of it but it seems to be an electronic newsletter for expats
Just landed is a great site for finding apartments, furniture and so much more! I used this site a few times when I arrived to find apartments, it’s easy to use and people are pretty helpful.
For Expat Woman wherever you may be in the world, there is a section for the Middle East and Kuwait.
This site is for Expat Mums in Kuwait. They meet up in person and have coffee etc.
