Posted on the 18 January 2022 by Jitender Sharma

Brit actor Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn vacationed in Cornwall this month. It sparked rumours of their secret engagement. The couple reportedly rented a St Ives, Cornwall, luxury property for a private break.

Last week, the couple took a private jet from Nashville to London. After which, they headed toward St. Ives. The couple’s friends say the fact that they traveled 4,000 miles for a three-day stay establishes that the holiday was “particularly special” to them.

A source revealed to The Sun, “Taylor’s a superstar and obviously very wealthy. Thus she can travel almost anywhere she wants at any time. But to go that far just for a few days clearly meant a lot to them.”

Talking about the engagement, the insider claimed, “It feels like things are getting more serious. People think an engagement could be on the cards. That could explain such a long journey to a specific place.”

The source further added, “Taylor is keeping her cards close to her chest. However, they’re certainly very happy and enjoying their time together. Lockdown made things even more serious and they’ve lived together throughout.”

Reports indicate that the couple decided to rent a house in St Ives instead of a hotel to ensure utmost romantic solitude.

A source close to the pair revealed that the Taylor Swift And Joe Alwyn relationship amplified during last year’s lockdown. They wanted to spend more time together.

The Pop Superstar Singer’s Plans For This Year

Last year, the singer won the award for Global Icon. This year, she plans to win more awards at the ceremony due next month.

The event is gender-neutral this year. The international art category includes females Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Doja Cat, and Lil Nas X completes the list.

Despite fears that its new format would mean women miss out, the awards rewarded more female candidates than ever this year. As a matter of fact, this year’s nominations saw a record number of female nominees.
