The event is held to showcase their favorite applications and games of 2019 and awards for the developers. But there has been no mention of anything else.
The tagline of the event is “Loved by millions. Created by the best.” The event is lined up with their usual announcement of best applications and games and the top charts for every category. This event is dedicated only to games and applications which is very unusual for Apple.

Interestingly, Apple also skipped the October event for AirPods Pro and the 16 inch MacBook Pro with just a press release. We are hopeful to see more from Apple in the event, maybe more games or TV series for their new Apple Arcade and Apple TV Plus.
Apple started to stream their live events on YouTube recently but this time they also did not say anything about that. Apple’s Special Events landing page also does not have any information about this special event.
