Apple iPhone 14 May Still Use Bionic Chip A15, the Pro Model Moves to A16

Apple is expected to announce the iPhone 14 series in or around September and now a new report shows that only the iPhone 14 Pro model will have a “A16” chip, while the standard iPhone 14 model will maintain the A15 Bionic chip from the iPhone 13.

According to Apple Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, iPhone 14 6.1 inch Pro and iPhone 14 6.7 inch 14 will get the A16 chip, while the iPhone 14 6.1 inches and Max iPhone 14 6.7 inch will maintain the same thing a15 chip from the series iPhone 13, report macrumor.

Kuo believes all models will have 6GB of memory, the Pro model will use LPDDR5 and non-pro will use LPDDR 4x.

The Pro iPhone 14 model will come to display the hole cutouts and in the form of a pill near the top of the screen. The hole is believed to projector ID Face Dot, while pill-shaped pieces will hit the front camera and infrared ID camera as a minimum possible.

The Pro model will come up with a large camera upgrade.

The current pro iPhone ship with a 12MP camera on the board. However, the iPhone 14 Pro model will display a 48MP camera.

Apple was reported to suggest large US operators to prepare for the launch of the smartphone only ESIM in September this year.

It is possible that Apple might remove the physical SIM card slot starting with several iPhone 14 models, rather than some iPhone 15 models as originally reported.
