Yes, you heard that correct, two of your favorite desserts . . . Apple Pie and Vanilla Custard rolled together into one deliciously tantalisingly tasty tart!
It only looks fiddly. In reality it is a very simple make and bake, consisting of a puff pastry base, filled with a lush vanilla and cardamom flavoured custard filling . . . topped with fresh apple rosettes . . .
and baked until the whole thing is golden brown and just begging you to dig in!
So very impressive. Be prepared for plenty of oohs and ahhs when you bring this to the table!
