Both come with the latest iOs software, iOs7 installed; available for download on older versions (iPhone 5 4s, etc.) on September 18th. Pre-orders for the iPhone 5C, for as low as $99! will be available starting September 13th and the iPhone 5S will hit Apple & local retail Apple Retailers one week later on September 20th, starting at $199
