App Cleanse and News Avoidance Amongst Others

How about these

1. Have an app cleanse. Swipe through your device and focus on each individually. How many do you actually use. Just delete the ones you have not used for ages. If you haven’t used them in the last two days then you probably don’t need them.
2. Avoid the news for a day or two. All that doom and gloom can’t be doing us much good. Think about all the good news in your life and write about that instead.
3. With a new year coming up it could be time to think about your resolutions. Make them cheap and easy. For instance you could think about walking a mile a day for a week and then introduce some short jog time intervals in after that. You will be running a mile a day before you know it. How many marathons would you complete if you did this every day for a whole year? A bit of Mathematics for you.
4. Change your bed clothes to silk. Use the Internet to see how cheaply you could buy silk sheets.
5. How many cookery books do you have that you have never opened? I have plenty. Choose something easy to make from one of them and ask is there a reason why you haven’t opened them.
