I'm using the turmeric ginger chicken bone broth. Yes, you could use chicken bone broth, too. But, whatever you use, make sure it's the real deal bone broth. Organic ingredients, Pasture-raised or grassfed bones.

Don't be fooled by cheap bone broths. Read your labels. See what's in it. How it's made. For instance, in order for bone broth's benefits to be derived from the bones, it must simmer and cook for hours and hours. It takes time for the nutrients to come from the bones and bone marrow.

I've made the technique of making this turmeric ginger vinaigrette dressing so simple and easy.

All you're going to do is use your food processor to pulse all the ingredients.

You have the option to grate your fresh ginger or mince it. If you choose the latter technique, then make sure you pulse in the food processor long enough to incorporate the flavor of the ginger rather than getting bites of minced ginger. Of course, it's a matter of taste and texture and you may like that!

Turmeric Dressing

According to Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine, turmeric is an anti-inflammatory. It's good for treating several things like skin diseases, wounds, digestive and liver problems. It's also got strong antioxidant properties.

Remember, it's important to know your body, your physical situation, consult your health care provider and read and learn on your own the benefits of foods and ingredients including turmeric!

How much turmeric really helps you daily? Well, you need to check with your health provider, but according to this source:

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping Tbl. stone ground mustard
  • 2 Tbl. fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 2 Tbl. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Turmeric Ginger Bone Broth, Kettle & Fire brand
  • 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp. coarse ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Put a all the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse into a liquid mixture.
  2. Store in a jar and refrigerate.
  3. This vinaigrette is fresh and good for 2-3 weeks. Well, if it lasts that long!
