O'Brien said he had been told that the suspect is a worker at the Hospital for Special Care, a long-term acute-care hospital specializing in pulmonary and brain injuries and other complex conditions.It wasn't immediately known whether the victims were also hospital employees.The hospital was evacuated, including all employees not critical to patient care, and the hospital was on lockdown, a spokesperson told NBC station WVIT of Hartford.
