A UDRP has just been filed on another descriptive generic domain name GoodTherapy.com
It’s the type of domain name that reminds me of the NiceCar.com UDRP a descriptive two word domain that is used together in a very generic sense in normal language.
The domain name is parked and is currently returning results for rehab centers and doctors.
The domain name has been under privacy since at least 2007 until privacy was lifted in November 2012 only to be recently placed back under privacy in March of this year.
As far as trademarks go their is a trademark with the USPTO on the GoodTherapy.org which was filed on October 24, 2011 and granted on April 3rd 2012
The folks at GoodTherapy.Org filed for a trademark for the term Good Therapy (without the .org) in just March of this year.
Looks like another RDNH attempt, which may come down to the date when the current holder got the .com domain name.…
