Another war has broken out between the Palestinians and the Israelis. It started this time when Palestinians fired over 2,000 rockets into Israel and hundreds of fighters attacked Israel. Israel responded by declaring war and attacking.Most Americans will probably blame this war on the Palestinians. But Israel must share the blame.
How long were the Palestinians supposed to live under the oppression of Israel - having no medical care, no jobs, and no freedom? How long were they supposed to put up with Israel stealing their land for more illegal settlements. How long were they supposed to put up with Israel refusing to negotiate a real two-state solution?
It is time for this insanity to stop!
Israel has a right to exist without being attacked.
And the Palestinians have a right to their own country - one without Israeli oppression.
Both sides must now negotiate a real solution - a two-state solution.
Both sides are wrong, and it needs to stop. Enough is enough!
