So we're gonna begin by opening up the Start menu just left hold on the startup on one time and you want to type in services. Now we want to go down to you to the print spooler. Right there double-click warning if service that is says running you want to stop the service right here. Then you have to stop it fitrst , to start it back up and you also make sure start up type is set to automatic. so now that we've done that you want to go ahead and open up the Start menu again. so we're going to close out all these windows.
We going to head over Start menu left corner and type in CMD windows search and best match come back with command prompt. Right click on it and then left click on run as administrator. If you receive a user account control prompt off quick one yes, now this elevated command line window, you want to type in "net stop spooler" and hit enter on your keyboard one time.
So again type "net start spooler" hit enter on your keyboard one time, now okay shirts it started successfully. some people might think this a little bit redundant but I just wanted to give you guys a couple different ways on how to hopefully clear that would recommend restoring your computer as well.
Now, if you're still having problems. I would suggest going and opening up your Start menu again. Type in "device man" best math should come back with the device manager both control panel left local on that. I'm gonna expand the printer section. So if you had any printers in here just want to left-click and expand it. Then right click on the printer itself and just left one update driver.
Method 2:
- Turn off your computer, printer and Wi-Fi.
- Unplug your computer and printer.
- After a period of about 5 minutes, plug in both devices, turn them on and try connecting and printing something.
