I want to let you know that I (Nichelle) is the new cupcake editor and expert for the just launched site on Cupcakes. About.com is a community of sites on various topics- from food to business to pets and everything. Of course,cupcakes are popular enough to warrant its own site. My goal is post recipes, reviews and also geek out on cupcake baking essentials like flour and cocoa powder. I will link to my posts here on Cupcake Take The Cake as well.
