Verdict on Anno 2020
Anno 2020 is a drama following a group of different people dealing with Covid 19. It follows people from around the world who are going through different situations including people who start to believe in conspiracy theories. Elsewhere, it follows families torn apart and unable to be together. Along with people looking back at their lives and wondering what could have been different.
In an era where we get a lot of COVID-19 stories, this feels like one of the more natural problems people face. While I was worried it was going to dive into a conspiracy movie early on. Thankfully, it puts the focus back on people’s relationships and struggles through the time.
This ends up being a series of stories that people might be able to relate to. Some would be easier, others not, but once again a COVID-19 movie only highlights the people who dealt with Lockdowns, not the people who were out working in them.
Final Thoughts – Anno 2020 is a nice series of stories from the pandemic era.
