Anna Paquin showed her support to the earthquake victims of Christchurch, New Zealand and attended the Rise Up Christchurch telethon appeal event at the residence of the New Zealand Consulate-General on May 21, 2011 in Los Angeles. The 12-hour global telethon to support victims of the February 11 Christchurch earthquake was broadcast across New Zealand with live crosses to events in London, Los Angeles and Sydney.
As I make this post, the telethon is still going and over 1 million dollar has been raised!
