She previously won an All-Star award in 2005, 2006, and 2010. and all Ireland's medals in 2005 2006, 2009, and 2014. She was nominated for another All-Star in 2007.

Anna Geary was captain when Cork won the 2014 All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship. She is the winner of three All-Ireland Club Medals in 2013, 2014, and 2016.
