The Korean car maker, Hyundai, has been bringing in a lot of innovations to the auto mobile industry and the Hyundai Elantra Eco is the latest model getting a stylish innovation. Hyundai recently announced that the pricing for the 2017 version of Hyundai Elantra Eco would start at$20,650.
Hyundai Elantra Eco is also the most fuel efficient Elantra, delivering an EPA estimated 40 mpg on the highway and 35 mpg in combined city and highway driving. With these mpg ratings the Elantra Eco is supposed to result an average annual fuel cost of $900.Additionally Hyundai has got a host of additional features like an LED daytime running lights that flank a bold hexagonal grille. On the inside, the car has a standard seven-inch Display Audio touch screen with both Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay™ support.
Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-traffic Alert and Lane Change Asist, proximity key with push-button start, heated front seats, dual automatic temperature control and a leather wrapped shift knob and steering wheel with audio, cruise and Bluetooth controls are the highlight features that makes the car one of the best in the luxury segment. The all-new 1.4-liter Kappa engine of the Hyundai Elantra Ecoalso produces a 128-horsepower and 156 lb.-ft. torque at a low 1,400~3,700 rpms.
The Kappa engine makes it a perfect match for the crisp shifting seven-speed EcoShift® dual-clutch transmission.Additional features that one can avail by paying more include, LED Daytime Running Lights,Blind Spot Detection w/ Rear Cross-traffic Alert & Lane Change Assist, Heated front seats and sun visor extensions.
