If there's one thing I've nailed in Hong Kong, it's the shopping. Got that down to a tee. In fact, I would say I mastered that particular art at around the age of 14 when Mum would send me off out with my brother with HK$250 and an Octopus card in hand. The Chai Life, it's a good one.

I first blogged about this in September 2013, would you believe?! And it was love at first sight, repeated each season, culminating in this soft peachy coral version from SS14. And on Friday there was a staff sample sale and it would've been rude not to, right?
Paired it with this gray sweater-and-shirt that I picked up for a mere £15, my leather Converse and leggings for a day traipsing around Hong Kong Island with Sharon. We then wandered back over to TST on Sunday, where we bought lots of Hello Kitty sweet treats, ate lots, gossiped lots and took windswept tourist selcas at the Avenue of Stars. Why do I always forget that Converse just ain't made for city-walking?! I'm feeling quite settled in HK already but I'm finding it really odd that, like, 2 weeks ago I was in England and now I'm not. And don't get me started on the time difference thing - yes, I have been sacrificing sleep in order to Skype my sister and tell her about all the desserts I plan to eat.
