Over 1,200 schoolchildren who received school equipment with the assistance of the Maha Karuna Buddhist Association and Willing Hearts Foundation of Singapore at the Shangri-La Green under the ‘Buddhaloka Sadhu Nada Seela Samadhi Programme’ were provided an opportunity to visit President’s House in Fort yesterday. They were made aware about the historical value of the President’s House. These students were from the Kurunegala, Kegalle, Gampaha, Colombo and Ratnapura Districts.
