Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Moisturiser

This purchase came about from a pretty standard story at this time of year - the changing of temperature, excess central heating and cold weather has left my skin feeling pretty dry. I'm not particularly good at using a moisturiser; having skin which verges on oily, I often find myself staying away from moisturisers as have found so many to be quite greasy and oil-inducing. A couple of weeks ago I found myself with a strange rash on my face, tight skin and breakouts. Without sounding too self-assured I don't often suffer from spots or problem skin, so when I do breakout I don't really know what to do. A couple of days of an intense skincare regime (exfoliating, face mask, moisturising treatments etc) it started to clear up, but still find myself feeling quite dry. Anyway, long story short I popped to Boots (when I was supposedly Christmas shopping, ahem) and picked up this on a total whim. I used to use Simple products and quite liked them, plus the packaging was nice and fresh looking (sucker). Verdict - this is fab. A really light moisturiser that glides on smoothly and is soaked up in an instant. No greasy residue or shiny skin at all, but leaves my skin feeling supple and moisturised. At only £4 something this is a real steal, and definitely worth the pennies.
