This Hotel has many memories and we were frequent visitors to it but with the onslaught of so many properties related to dining opening up in Pune , we just lost touch , so this kind of opened some memories and we were excited to visit it.
We were welcomed warmly by Shamma Dhanawat who takes care of the PR for the Hotel. Soon we were joined by their executive chefs, Chef Matthew and Chef Ahmed. The evening just flew in the magic of the food and the company of talented people and their stories.
Below is a Red Meat Sizzler which is my favorite and i must say the preparation and the sauces are like what you see on Travel and Living Channel and Master Chef.
This one below was a Giant Prawns and Salmon sizzler, i must say the ingredients were the best that money can buy and fresh to the hilt.
This was a different one with fruits , i had never eaten fruits on a sizzle and must say we were not disappointed.

Next on my list is a visit to Favola , which is an Italian dining managed by Chef Roberto in the centre, he wanted us to try his signature dishes but we were so full that any more food would have......... ha ha.
Anyway i would like to go there and shoot a video with the Chef preparing and have a nice conversation going on with him.
The Sizzler festival is there for some more days, so i would recommend you to go and experience it.
