With Amiibo figures out in the wild now, Andy from Family Gamer TV decided to get Toy Expert and CBBC presenter Nigel Clarke into the studio to take a look at Nintendo’s cool new toys. The two spoke about why Amiibo was a great idea, and tried them out in a frantic game of Super Smash Bros. Wi U.
Nigel’s ideas for Amiibo are really cool. ”I can see kids getting their amiibo and leveling up so its super super super hard. So they are 12 years old and they’re like I’ve had my Mario for 5 years, you can’t touch this Mario — he’s the king of Marios,” he said. Imagine having the best Amiibo out of all your friends, with everyone knowing that yours is the very best fighter in your whole street!
