Do you want to get 50,000 Aeroplan Miles in one shot? Well, Air Canada’s loyalty program, Aeroplan, just upped the sweetener it was offering for those signing up to its American Express AeroplanPlus Platinum Charge Card.
The earlier offer gave a signup bonus of up to 25,000 Aeroplan Miles. Now, if you signup before August 31, 2013, you will receive up to 50,000 Aeroplan Miles.
You will get 25,000 Miles at your first use of the card, and the rest 25,000 Miles once you spend at least $1,000.00 during the first three months.
With 50,000 Aeroplan Miles you would be able to fly to within North, Central and South America.
Annual fee of $499.00
Supplementary cards cost $199 each.

- 1.25 Aeroplan Mile for every dollar spent through the American Express AeroplanPlus PlatinumCard, up to the first $ 50,000 every year.
- 1.5 Aeroplan Miles for every dollar spent on the Card, after the total has reached $50,000 a year.
