America is Not Dead, It Just Needs a Little Love and Rebranding This 4th of July, and We Know Just What to Do.

Happy Birthday America! Let’s get this party started!

Sure, the USA has had its share of disasters and catastrophes, but we are still here, still breathing and about to set off enough fireworks to light up the earth so all of Heaven can see it. So, pet owners, get those thunder shirts ready and put earplugs in the kiddos ears and turn up the country music and pledge allegiance to the flag!

Some people are boycotting the holiday for a variety of reasons. But we really need to come together and celebrate. Be together, smile, laugh, eat tons of food and actually enjoy the day with others. We’ve been angry, silent, miserable and divided for far too long. We need togetherness. Let all our troubles fall away for a day or two. Remember, we are not a perfect country, but we have come so far since our beginnings. I know it feels like we have taken steps backwards, but it is all fixable come voting season.

I can tell you if the US would become self-sustainable, we could help so many others globally. It makes it really hard to depend on others. We should be the helpers. Seems the government has forgotten where its to-do list is so we can finish that up. We’ve been apologizing for past history far too long. Time to progress forward with new ideas and create a better history for future generations. We can do it, but it will take a lot of letting go. I for one, believe in America and its people. We are a melting pot of people, cultures and religions. Time to get along and rebrand this great nation.

6 Things you may not know about America:

  1. There’s a typo on the Liberty Bell!
  2. Our tallest president was Abe Lincoln.
  3. We have a lot of tornados and hurricanes each year.
  4. America is not unfriendly. For the most part, we love helping others and making new friends.
  5. We are not ruled by an iron fist. We have the freedom to be who we want, to say and think what we want and do what we want. Yes, we seem to have issues with our freedoms but in the end, we are free to fight for more freedoms too.
  6. The Empire State Building has its own zip code.
  7. The USA is a Federal Republic.
  8. The Happiest State in the Country Is Utah.

To wrap things up, we have lost sight of what we have, what we have built as a country and how grateful we should be. We have spiraled down the biggest black hole as of late, but we need to keep our eye on the prize. That’s to continue to fight for and make our country awesome. There is a lot of work to be done. But the more we stay divided and angry, the longer it will take. Some of us won’t get to see the changes that are coming. Hopefully we can be better humans and citizens and stop living in the negative (or upside-down world for all you Stranger Things fans) and start living in the now. Mend the fences and work together. So, let’s celebrate that this 4th of July. The world is watching and frankly they are pulling for us. Let’s not disappoint. Also, pass the margaritas and hotdogs! ‘Merica!

PS. Don’t forget to Vote.
