AMD Ryzen 5000G series has been revealed with built-in graphics. It is the successor of the Ryzen 4000G series which was launched back in July last year. It is the first CPU series from the brand that offers built-in graphics.

Today, AMD unveiled its first Ryzen 5000 CPUs with built-in graphics. AMD Ryzen 5000G series CPUs packs Zen 3 processing capabilities with Vega 8 integrated graphics due to which it offers above-average GPU performance. In addition, The users are no longer need to buy a dedicated video card for optimal gaming performance.


The base items are the Ryzen 3 5300G, with a 4GHz base clock at 65W TDP, and the 5300GE, with a 3.6GHz base clock at low-power 35W TDP. Coming to the high-end models, the Ryzen 5600GE, with a 3.4GHz base clock, the 5600G having a 3.9GHz clock, the 5700GE, and the 3.8GHz 5700G are capable to run 3D games such as Overwatch and Valorant. Besides, the current AMD lineup is still a bit lower in terms of capacity as compared to the other premium offerings in the segment.


AMD guarantees that the Ryzen 5700G can be up to 35 to 80% faster than Intel’s Core i7-10700 in several zones, including creativity, productivity, and app performance. The company also said that the models are capable of providing frame rates above 30FPS which is slightly better as compared to the Intel Core i7 for several popular games such as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Metro Exodus, and Civilization VI.
