Amazon.in Shopping Experience | Review

Today I would like to share my shopping experience with amazon.in. I wanted to shop with them for a long time and finally last week I ordered a few products. Their site is very easy to navigate and they have huge discounts for books and toys.

My Experience :

I ordered a few books, a silicone spatula and few posters from www.amazon.in and I received the products within 3 days, it came in a well packed cardboard box.

When I opened it I realized that they have forgotten to send me the spatula. I left a message in their site and got a call from them within a couple of minutes (Wow, this was unbelievable)


I was very happy with the way the customer care responded, they said they will check it with their team and get back to me in a couple of days. I did receive a mail from them the next day stating that they have initiated the refund for my missing item. The money was credited in 2 days.

• Wish they could be more careful while shipping the products.

Even though they did forget to send me the spatula, I was happy about the way they handle the issue. I will definitely shop from them again.
