The Office (2005-2013)
Often copied, never equaled, The Office is part, with Parks and Recreation, of the flagship sitcoms of the early 2000s. Filmed in the form of a mockumentary (fake documentary), this adaptation of an English series created by Ricky Gervais has very quickly succeeded in surpassing the original, whether in popularity or in number of seasons. With his situations still as funny, even 10 years later (proof is of the number of memes circulating on the internet), this series manages to combine humor and much more touching moment, especially in the relationship between Pam and Jim. The office also helped to publicize Steve Carell, but also John Krasinski (Without a sound and Jack Ryan) and Ed Helms (Very Bad Trip).
The Big Bang Theory (2007-2019)
A series that brought Geek culture up to date, The Big Bang Theory follows a group of 4 scientific friends who will see their daily life turned upside down with the arrival of their new neighbor.
