Always and Hot Yoga

By Annamoss84 @missanniebean
I absolutely love doing yoga; I'm a firm believer that practicing yoga with cardio exercise can really give you an overall feeling of well-being.
Always and Hot Yoga I was asked to try a hot yoga class which I had heard of but never tried, for some reason it slightly scared me because I hate sweating at the best of times! The twist with trying this class was to try it wearing the new Always Infinity pads.... Always and Hot Yoga

I found a Bikram Yoga class in Leicester (just down the road from me) and decided to drag my other half along.  I hate to exercise later on in the day so decided to embrace my Friday and go for the 6.45am class.  Up we got and as advised forced a museli bar down as we drove over to Leicester.  Always and Hot Yoga

I knew this was going to be a challenge because when Mother Nature calls the last thing I want to do is exercise.I get awful tummy cramps and can feel extremely bloated, (attractive image I know) but they do say that exercise is a great way to relieve the stress from that time of the month.
Why are these sanitary towels any different from any other?Firstly Always Infinity are the only pads to be made from liquid foam which is to absorb liquid, this is down to them containing Infinicel whilst other regular pads just contain fibres.Believe it or not its 10 x its weight yet because it's like memory foam it moulds to you, but you can barely notice it’s even there.I was interested to see if I had a pad bulge because that's the main reason I would avoid wearing them and sticking to tampons.
They have the following types available from the Infinity range:

The test
Into the sauna heated studio. When I walked in it suddenly dawned on me what the next 90 minutes were to be like.As I looked across the room I could see people who clearly were regulars with toned figures and many just wearing sports bras and shorts.
Thank goodness I had a towel and had eaten beforehand! The class was quite odd to start with because part of me was worrying about how much sweat was dripping off me and the other was worrying about if I could last 90 minutes without melting! When I investigated further I saw that everyone was dripping with sweat too.Throughout the entire class I didn't once think about the fact I was wearing an Always Infinity pad, I didn't feel a thing which was a wonderful surprise.

The verdict
I've only really ever used tampons for the fact sanitary towels haven't ever appealed, but I will often have this almighty fear of forgetting about a tampon... anyone else?I can honestly say I was really impressed with Always Infinity as I didn't have a bunched up pad, nothing leaked, nor did I even feel it during exercise and afterwards. This may sound really silly as well but one bonus for me was the pad actually shows you which way is the front and which way is the back, I don't know about you but I never normally can differentiate between the two!

As a celebration of Always Infinity Pads, they've given me a box to giveaway to my lovely readers.Fancy seeing if they work for you too?Enter below until the end of September. a Rafflecopter giveaway
