Zenato a premier winery based in Italy had a food pairing in JW-Marriott Pune yesterday, here Ms Nadia Zenato is talking about her winery , her brands and her journey till here. Quite a remarkable lady and the brand speaks for that.
Chef Christian Huber , he is Italian and the resident chef of Alto Vino , the exclusive and upscale Italian dining restaurant of JW-Marriott , Pune was responsible for the fabulous food served during the evening.
A special mention for the above dish which turned out to be my favorite , lamb shank which was perfectly cooked and was the best i had tasted and the chop which was quite good. The desert pairing of the Chocolate and Vanilla made my evening end on a high.
Would i go there again, Yes definitely and certainly.
