Polling has shown consistently that the mainstream media is no longer trusted to report accurately and those same polls show that an overwhelming majority believes the MSM has a political agenda.
Examples range from inaccurate reporting from CNN on the Boston Marathon bombings, to deliberately misleading edits on audio 911 calls by NBC over the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin situation.
Alternative Media provides everything from straight news to politics, the unexplained to sci-tech and much more. It provides readers or viewers with a range of opinions, data, links so that the audience has access to everything and can decide for themselves what they believe, what they don't, and what they want to learn more about.
So when I see multiple examples and stories of Alternative Media activists being attacked, set up and then hackers admitting they did so and claiming they will continue to do so, I have to wonder, who benefits the most and why they are so desperate to discredit the very people that refuse to toe the line and report only what the powers that be want reported.
The video uploaded today on the latest example of Alternative Media activists being set up with child porn, comes less than a month after another activist, Luke Rudkowski, exposed a plot to set him up and was then contacted by the hackers who bragged that they were going to do the same thing to other alternative media activist leaders.
