Serena Williams Beauty and the Beast themed wedding already had us screaming,”Yes!” but now we’ve learned that the tennis star had three dress changes for her New Orleans wedding.
Serena walked down the aisle in a strapless ball gown by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen.
Brides, Executive Director Lisa Gooder told E! News Serena wore a sheer, sparkly cape with the gown. She also said the tennis champ wore a classic veil down the aisle and kept her makeup “dewy.” As for her hair, Gooder said the bride donned a “simple” and “classic” style.
Then Serena changed into a fun short white Versace cocktail dress that was covered in beading and feathers.
Two dresses weren’t enough for the tennis star, she changed into a third dress later in the evening.
Serena was also draped in $3.5M worth of jewelry.
Her bridesmaids all wore convertible dresses by Galia Lahav in different shades of cream, white and off-white.
The pics from the wedding will reportedly run in the upcoming VOGUE magazine.
