When Rachel first contacted me about her ideas for a rainbow coloured wedding, I may have actually squealed – if you define the word ‘may’ as ‘definitely-without-any-question’.
Rachel, whose smile is just as bright as her rainbow themed wedding plans, has one of those fantastically infectious personalities that just make you want to join in with her japes and laughter.
