Alexander Skarsgård (Eric Northman) has been made a member of the Alumni Advisory Committee for the Sundance Film Festival. The festival recently announced the addition of 12 new members including Skarsgård.
The Alumni Advisory Committee is composed of directors, actors, and other artists who have contributed a lot both to Sundance and to film and theater. Alexander’s introduction talked a lot about his participation in independent films such as Meloncholia, Straw Dogs, Battleship, the East, and his most recent project, Diary of a Teenage Girl.
Fellow new members include actresses Diane Kruger and Cherry Jones as well as director Jason Reitman.
