1.He is from Canada. 2. He (mostly) shares his name with American sculptor Alexander Calder (1898-1976) who invented a type of kinetic sculpture now as the ‘mobile’ which is made with delicately balanced or suspended components which move in response to motor power or air currents. 3. He was in a band with Mac Demarco called Makeout Videotape where he played drums. 4. He actually made-out on videotape, with a deer. 5. He is often compared to Mac DeMarco. 6. He also goes by the name MOLD BOY, not the same thing as Moldy Boy 7. He is often compared to Mac DeMarco. 8. Last year he released a severely underrated ‘mini album’ or EP titled Time on Captured Tracks. 9. Captured Tracks later dropped him. 10. So he released his new album Strange Dreams on Bandcamp .11.
