The startup online delivery of alcohol Drizly stated to customers that has been affected by a data breach.
In a customer obtained by ProWellTech e-mail, the company said that a hacker has "got" some customer data. The hacker took the customer's email addresses, the date of birth, the hashed passwords and, in some cases, the delivery address, the read email.
Drizly did not say when the hack occurred or the number of accounts affected, but has advised users to change their passwords. We contacted the company for comment, but did not immediately answered.
The company stated that no financial data were taken in the infringement. Otherwise, an advertisement on a dark web market from a well-known seller of stolen data requests.
The list, which we are not connecting, claims to have "new hacker" [sic] Conti straight. The seller did not say when the violation occurred, but the board seems to have been published on 13 February.
