According to a news release from the U.S. Department of Transportation Office of Inspector General, FMCSA conducted a compliance review of IDM Transportation in December 2010. During the review, several serious safety regulation violations were discovered. And in June 2011, FMCSA issued the company an Operations Out-of-Service Order.

McWilliams also falsely certified that he “did not have, nor did he ever have any relationship with any other FMCSA-regulated entity in the past three years,” the release says.
