A notorious drunk called ‘Al Capone’ is under fire again – for painting her house bright PINK.

Alexandra ‘Al’ Capone, 40, was slapped with a Prohibition-style Asbo, banning her from getting drunk or throwing parties at her 140-year-old former lifeboat station home.

But despite being scheduled to appear before the courts again for a breach a week later, Capone’s neighbours still say she is making their lives hell – for her garish pink home.

Capone, of Worthing, West Sussex, painted the historic home bright pink just days after getting the Asbo, drawing the wrath of neighbours.

Residents have branded Worthing Borough Council “weak-willed” for refusing to take action against the “disgusting” paint job, which has tarnished the exterior of the seafront property.

A local, who was forced to touch up the white paint on his own house after Capone slopped pink paint on his wall, said: “Her paint got everywhere, all over my wall.

“She offered to cover it up for me, but I don’t trust her to do a good job. The council are so weak-willed for failing to make her rectify the disgusting paint job.

“It’s a disgrace – so ugly and definitely not in keeping with the area.”

Another local added: “It’s hideous – it should not be allowed.”

Capone is due in court at the end of the month to answer for an alleged breach of her Asbo.

Councillor Luke Proudfoot said the local authority are powerless to force her to repaint the garish house white, because the building, which stands in a conservation area, is not listed.

However, the council did force Capone to clean a lamppost that had been splashed with the pink paint.
