Airtel Brought Cheap Broadband Plan of Rs 219, Jio Plan Will Get Tough Competition

Airtel The company has launched a new broadband plan for its users. This is the Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband Lite plan, which costs Rs 219 per month. The company will provide free router and fixed speed with this plan. This new plan of Airtel can compete with the Jio Fiber plan present in the market, which costs Rs 198. This plan was launched by Jio only last month. Let’s know all the details related to Airtel’s new broadband plan.

Airtel Xstream Fiber Broadband Lite is priced at Rs 219 per month. The company has secretly included this plan in its portfolio. However, right now the company is providing 12 months subscription of this plan, in which users get unlimited data at a speed of 10Mbps. In such a total, users will have to pay Rs 3101 for this plan, in which they will be able to take advantage of the benefits of this plan throughout the year. According to the Airtel website, the company will give free router to the users in this plan, for this they will not have to pay any kind of charge.

JioFiber Broadband Back-Up Plan

As we told, this new light plan of Airtel will compete with the Jio Fiber Backup plan of Jio company present in the market. The plan is priced at Rs 198 per month, which was launched last month. In this plan, users will get unlimited data at a speed of 10 Mbps. This backup plan will be useful to the user in case the primary connection goes down. Along with this, the company also brings speed upgrade plans, in which users will get 1 day, 2 days and 7 days options. Also, the internet speed can be increased from 30 Mbps to 100 Mbps.

If you want a plan for 1 day, then you will have to pay Rs 21 for a plan with 30 Mbps speed, while the cost of a plan with 100 Mbps speed is Rs 32. The plan with 30 Mbps speed for 2 days costs Rs 31, while 100 Mbps speed will cost Rs 52. The cost of the plan with 30 Mbps speed for 7 days is Rs 101, while for 100 Mbps speed you will have to pay Rs 152.

For example, if you think that your primary internet connection will be down for a day, then you can go with a plan with 30 Mbps or 100 Mbps speed option.
